How support shows up

In this varied and rewarding role, you will work closely with our dedicated team of Information Resource Technologists to deliver high-quality support to both students and staff. Help students access appropriate information sources, staff the enquiry counter, provide basic IT support, and deliver workshops and training sessions on library services. Also work in partnership with curriculum staff to ensure that library resources effectively support teaching and learning across the College.

What needs to be in place

• A Level 2 qualification in Administration or Customer Service would be desirable; however, if you do not currently hold this, the College can support you to achieve it.
• It is essential that you hold Level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English.
• Have strong customer service skills and experience of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• 34 days holiday pro rata (inclusive of 8 bank holidays and 6 closure days where these occur).
