Holder will contribute to stable day-to-day operations while also supporting the ongoing evolution of the hosting platform through standardisation, automation, and continuous impro.

Where the technical work sits

• Supporting platform improvements and technical initiatives, including standardisation, lifecycle improvements, and reduction of operational risk.
• Managing and support large estates of virtual machines running critical customer workloads, including provisioning, lifecycle management, and execution of planned changes.
• Monitoring platform health and proactively support stability, performance, and availability of production environments.

Technical requirements

• Experience supporting production infrastructure in a 24×7 or on-call environment. – Essential.
• Strong hands-on production experience operating Nutanix platforms (AHV, Prism). – Essential.
• Experience managing and supporting large-scale virtual machine environments. – Essential.
