Key Responsibilities: Manage the infrastructure team to deliver systems that support nuclear operations. Ensure all infrastructure components meet the standards of the Nuclear Industry Cyber Security Programme (NICSP), ONR regulations, NIST, and ISO 27001/IEC 62443 requirements.
How the role works day to day
Managing third-party suppliers and service contracts, ensuring performance against SLAs and regulatory compliance. Overseeing daily operations of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (including Azure/AWS). Managing Change Control Approval on Infrastructure elements over SFL IT/OT Environments through SFL Change Approval Board.

What needs to be in place
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with UK nuclear industry standards, including ONR regulations, NICSP, NCSC guidance, and relevant cybersecurity frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
