Job description
As a Infrastructure & Services Lead, the work centres on supporting day-to-day performance and availability of networks, servers, endpoints, backups, and Microsoft 365 platforms. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where ownership sits
Act as deputy to the IT Infrastructure & Service Manager, leading operational infrastructure and service functions, largely through 3rd Party management. Proficiency in networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory.
What the role carries
Supporting day-to-day performance and availability of networks, servers, endpoints, backups, and Microsoft 365 platforms. Work on projects and own service transition for new Cloud infrastructure. Leading and resolve infrastructure-related escalations and major incidents.

What the role depends on
- Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure support within a retail or multi-site business.
- Hands on knowledge/experience of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Experience in vendor or third-party relationship management.
