What the role involves

• This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example.
• Carry out all necessary tool, material and colour changes within an injection moulding environment.
• You must be confident on machines from 50T to 320T with a keen eye for quality and solving problems that may arise.
• Recommend modifications or improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Ensure full compliance with all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Be flexible enough to assist colleagues and take on tasks that may not be part of your day-to-day activities.

Skills and requirements

• Experienced at setter level or equivalent within the injection moulding environment.
• A minimum of 2 years in the injection moulding industry.
• Experience working with Arburg machines and injection blow moulding.
• Able to effectively set up all approved production tools to the correct setting conditions and production work instructions.

Confirmed role details

• Monday to Friday 6:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm (rotating shift pattern).
• £32,500 + 15% Shift Allowance.
• Company Pension - 7.5%.
• 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
