What the role involves

• Operate production machinery in accordance with manufacturing plans and specifications.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and apply technical solutions to minimise downtime.
• Ensure products meet specification sheets and control samples.
• Supporting and guide operators in using correct materials, following procedures, and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all operators adhere to Health & Safety policies.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.

Skills and requirements

• Professional qualification in Injection Moulding Level 3.

Confirmed role details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
• Competitive Salary £35,000 Per Annum – Plus Shift Allowance.
• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
• 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (finishing at 1:00pm on Fridays) — includes a 20-minute paid break.
