What the role involves

• Be working Monday-to-Friday hours 8:00am – 5:00pm and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to build a career within the electronic security industry.
• Supporting the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets through effective account management and customer engagement.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts, strategic vendors, and supply partners.
• Managing a portfolio of reseller accounts, actively tracking pipelines, closing deals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
• Assisting in executing store business plans and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.

Skills and requirements

• Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades or wholesale environment but equally retail will be considered favourably.
• Sell over the phone as well as face to face.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone, offering advice and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Prior sales and industry experience, ideally within wholesale distribution or trade counter environments.
