Inside Sales Associate

This Inside Sales Associate opportunity is built around receipt of weekly stock delivery to support putting goods away in the correct warehouse location. It would suit someone who can bring comfortable with warehouse routines to the role.

Why this role may suit you

We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Associate to join the ADI team in the Sheffield. Sales & customer focused, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst driving sales through outbound calls & quote chasing.

What you would be doing

Receipt of weekly stock delivery to support putting goods away in the correct warehouse location. Serving on the Trade Counter – to support serving customers on the trade counter, pick pack, and serve the customers in line with company processes.

What you need

• Delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong effective relationships with customer base & supply partners.
• Managing Outbound deliveries - pick pack process and creating relevant courier paperwork.
• Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades or wholesale environment but equally retail will be considered favourably.
