Operating in the UK & Europe across five sites, ROI delivers a range of outsourced solutions across marketing, tech, people operations and insight to our Automotive clients, result. Location: Nantwich with travel to Milton Keynes (or vice versa) Hours: full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Main responsibilities

Have proven success leading high-performing Sales or Account Development teams in a B2B environment, ideally within fleet, leasing, or outsourced sales. Leading, coach, and develop Sales Managers and teams across multiple client programmes. Set clear performance standards and drive accountability through structured reviews and data insights.
