Inside Sales Representative focuses on managing inbound enquiries across multiple channels to identify customer needs and uncover revenue generating cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

What the role involves

• Managing inbound enquiries across multiple channels to identify customer needs and uncover revenue generating cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Execute and register in CRM the full sales cycle stages, from lead creation through order invoiced. Providing relevant feedback at each stage.
• Master pricing tools to maintain a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline.
• Supporting customers in Atlas Copco’s customer-facing applications (Webshop, Parts on Line, Fleetlink, Power Connect).
• Supporting Field Sales by preparing quotes for spare parts and accessories.
