Insolvency/IPS Product Lead focuses on act as a subject matter expert for ips, providing support, guidance and best practice advice.
What the role involves
- Act as a subject matter expert for IPS, providing support, guidance and best practice advice.
- Support tickets, acting as an escalation point for complex IPS queries.
- Managing end-to-end testing of IPS upgrades before release to production.
- Leading the transition from IPS SQL to IPS Cloud, collaborating with the vendor, internal SMEs and client-facing staff.
- Delivering user support and training, helping teams maximise effective use of IPS.
- Update training materials, user guides.
Skills and requirements

- Proven experience in IPS SQL, either in a support role eg, Product Owner, or as an advanced (client-facing) user.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to act as the bridge between users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse issues and identify root causes.
