Installation Team Leader

This Installation Team Leader role is focused on supporting oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards. It would suit someone who can bring be ok with Travel across Stafford and Shropshire to the role.

Who the work supports

Our well-known manufacturing and construction company based in Wellington is looking for a number of full-time temporary to permanent installation team leaders to help drive the te. Be looking after and supporting your team with the installation, health and safety, KPIs and instructed and leading them on each project and on each build, you will also be reading.

What needs to be in place

• 2/3 year’s experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory position.

Job details

• Weekend OT offered (1.5 Sat/ DT Sun & Bank Holidays for emergency service repairs etc).
• Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30 (Needs to be flexible).
• Shift pattern: Weekends.
• Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.
