Skills and requirements

• Manage client relationships through visiting and arranging video meetings with clients when required.
• Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience.

Confirmed role details

• Starting from £35,000.00 (depending on experience).
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Duration: Permanent.
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

• As an Insurance Consultant, you will provide exceptional service and advice to clients in order to maximise client satisfaction.
• Handle mid-term adjustments, queries and claims in a timely professional and accurate manner.
