Insurance Consultant focuses on supporting & assist your line manager and the team to deliver retention and income targets, service kpis and meet workflow standards.

• Supporting & assist your Line Manager and the team to deliver retention and income targets, service KPIs and meet workflow standards.
• Provide on-hand support and coaching to the team ensuring a consistent approach is adopted for process and advice.

Skills and requirements

• 00 (depending on experience).
• Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience.

Confirmed role details

• 35 per week, Monday to Friday.
• Duration: Permanent.
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Enhanced sick pay and parental leave.
