- Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need.
- Work collaboratively with Ward Manager and inpatient teams to ensure integrated care.
- Work with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and other external stakeholders to deliver integrated service models, fostering positive collaboration.

Additional role context
- Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice in Cheltenham is Gloucestershire’s only inpatient unit for specialist palliative care.
- Working together with the Head of Clinical Services, the role holder will be responsible for ongoing review of service performance and managing progress against agreed outcomes.
- Clinical Quality and Governance: Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed care standards, policies and procedures.
