Full support from leadership to develop the service line. A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with a thriving Corporate & Commercial team is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor to join their Oxford office.

Where someone would start

Cease and desist actions and litigation support. Handling a broad range of IP matters, including:. Trade mark registration, portfolio management, and enforcement.

What helps someone build confidence

Strong professional approach.

What is expected

  • Qualified solicitor with 7 Years PQE in IP law (contentious and/or non-contentious).
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and ready to take ownership of a new offering.
  • Able to bring a client following or strong referral network.

  • 30/32 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (Senior Associate/Director Level).
