What the role involves

• Leading the design, governance, and delivery of the Cancer Recovery Programme.
• Develop and implement an integrated cancer improvement plan across pathways.
• Driving pathway transformation, left‑shift models, and quality improvement.
• Prioritise and resource programmes to maximise impact and value.
• Ensure financial viability and sustainable delivery.
• Work collaboratively with system partners, including community services, primary care, the ICB and regional teams.
