- Leading on estate management activities, to include valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset work.
Skills and requirements
- A degree in a property related discipline.
- Confident negotiation skills and experience in deliveringplex property transactions.
- Knowledge of landlord & tenant law, asset valuation processes, and property development.

- In return, you will receive an initial contract with duration of up to six months.
- In addition you'll receive a flexible daily rate (to discuss), paid to you on a weekly basis, across the duration of your contract.
