Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager focuses on own the core accounting operations of the business, delivering accurate daily and weekly financial reporting and continuously improving the quality, relevance, and usability of man.

What the role involves

• Own the core accounting operations of the business, delivering accurate daily and weekly financial reporting and continuously improving the quality, relevance, and usability of man.
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of subsidiaries in line withpany and Group reporting deadlines.
• Delivering a timely and accurate month‑end close, including preparation.
• Preparing and submit statutory and regulatory filings, including VAT returns, import declarations, and other requiredpliance submissions.
• Managing sales ledger and purchase ledger activities, including approval of working capital movements and forecasting material cash‑flow impacts for the CFO.
• Maintaining and enhance strong financial controls and processes, embedding new systems and ways of working that support budgeting, forecasting, and scalable growth.

Skills and requirements

• Demonstrable experience owning and managing core financial operations within amercial business environment.
• Strong working knowledge of daily, weekly, and month‑end reporting, with a track record of meetingpany and Group reporting deadlines in a growing and/or multi‑channel business.
• Proven ability to improve reporting quality, controls, systems, or financial processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
