This INTERIM HEAD OF FINANCIAL REPORTING, 6 months+ package role is focused on managing a team of x10 on-shore and a further off-shore shared services function. It would suit someone who can bring handling cycle-by-cycle responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Where the work sits

Significant day-to-day interaction with senior management and ExCo stakeholders internally, as well as managing the external audit relationship. Attend regular meetings with the CFO to discuss financial results.

How the role works day to day

Managing a team of x10 on-shore and a further off-shore shared services function. Own and lead the delivery of all core statutory financial (IFRS) and regulatory reporting, providing high-quality financial analysis, commentary and disclosures. Ensure the finance team is motivated and performing to the highest standard.
