Interim Ofsted Registered Manager – Consultant (Contractor)

As a Interim Ofsted Registered Manager, the work centres on stabilise teams, embed structure, and improve staff performance. It would suit someone who can bring supported Accommodation (16–17) to the role.

Where the work sits

We are seeking experienced Ofsted Interim Managers/Consultants to join our Delphi Task Force team on a freelance/self-employed basis and support children’s services through periods. This will be hands-on assignments suited to confident leaders who can quickly assess services, implement change, and ensure regulatory compliance.

How the role works day to day

Stabilise teams, embed structure, and improve staff performance. Driving compliance with Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding frameworks. Supporting with action plans following inspections or regulatory concerns.
