Interim People Operations and Resourcing Manager

Main responsibilities

Leading through change - acting as a visible leader to support organisational transformation and embed new ways of working aligned to the People Strategy. Driving employee relations excellence - providing senior oversight on complex ER cases and guiding managers to achieve fair, consistent and legally robust outcomes. Reporting to the Head of People, you will provide hands-on leadership across people operations and resourcing, working closely with People Business Partners, Advisors and specialis.

Requirements

• The ability to work at pace, influence senior stakeholders and deliver through change.
• Proven experience in a senior HR/People leadership role, ideally within housing or a regulated sector but not essential.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

• Lead people operations - overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and pay & benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal.
