What needs to be in place

• Have a minimum of one year’s post‑qualification experience in private client work and will bring strong technical skills alongside a genuinely client‑centred approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with individuals and families during important life moments.
• A STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, would be welcomed but is not essential.
