What the role involves
- Managing day to day accounting activities for a major project.
- Acting as the finance point of contact for the client and overseeing the client funding process.
- Ensuring all financial controls and contractual requirements are consistently met.
- Leading month end close processes and producing accurate, timely reporting.
- Maintaining rolling financial forecasts and preparing weekly cashflow projections.
- Overseeing project invoicing and reviewing all customer invoices before issue.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.

- Interim Project Accountant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Circa £50,000 - Redruth with hybrid working.
- Is primarily Cornwall based, but there is flexibility for hybrid and remote working arrangements depending on the needs of the successful candidate.
