- Overseeing a high-volume Revenues & Benefits service, including Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits.
- Take ownership of service performance, ensuring KPIs and collection targets are met.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to teams, maintaining service stability and customer focus.
- Supporting ie performance, financial oversight and risk management.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Service and external partners.
