  • Take ownership of service performance, ensuring KPIs and collection targets are met.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to teams, maintaining service stability and customer focus.
  • Supporting ie performance, financial oversight and risk management.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Service and external partners.
  • PurposeTo oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Revenues & Benefits service, ensuring strong operational performance and consistent delivery against key PIs.
