Interior Technical Architect focuses on generate construction documents in coordination with mechanical, building systems, codes and ada requirements.

What the role involves

  • Generate construction documents in coordination with mechanical, building systems, codes and ADA requirements.
  • Coordinating the work of consultants including MEP, Acoustics, Structural and AV.
  • Attend meetings to ascertain the technical requirements to be incorporated in the construction documents.
  • Actively lead a project with periodic supervision.
  • Or oversee presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D Models, drawings etc.
  • Effective & actively collaborate both internally and externally with consultants and clients.

Additional role context

  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution while maintaining design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with building.
  • Report to and work with the Technical Lead on the project/s to manage all technical aspects of the project.
