Site work involved
Support the commercial delivery of major engineering and construction commissions across the UK, typically within the infrastructure, nuclear and oil and gas sectors. Will involve working closely with project teams and client stakeholders to help deliver successful commercial outcomes. Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documents.
Construction skills and requirements
- Experience working as part of a commercial team on infrastructure, nuclear, oil and gas or similar projects.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related subject.
- A full UK driving licence may be beneficial depending on project travel requirements.
Practical information
- Contract commercial support across live projects.
- Support contract administration duties in line with agreed procedures.
- Assist with cost forecasting, cost reporting, change control and value management.
- Review contractor interim applications for payment.
