Internal Account Manager
Account Manager focuses on as the internal account manager you will focus on proactively contacting both existing and new customers to drive sales across the whole range.
What the role involves
- As the Internal Account Manager you will focus on proactively contacting both existing and new customers to drive sales across the whole range.
- As the Internal Account Manager you will handle general product queries.
- Process orders in an accurate manner.
- Manage an accurate and compliant customer database.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales, business development, account management, customer service or similar role is essential.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Due to UK and International travel you will need a full current UK driving license and a passport.
Confirmed role details
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- £30,000 – £32,000 Per Annum + Annual Bonus.
- 25 days annual leave per year + statutory bank holidays.
- Holiday purchase scheme.

Additional role context
- Managing accounts that fall outside the ASM’s target accounts or vacant areas.
- Update information into OCE System.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
