As a Internal Controls Specialist in North America, Europe, the work centres on this is a newly created role to support the rollout and integration of Zurich Cover-More’s Internal Control Integrated Framework across our newly acquired EMEA business. What the role carries

Support the design and implementation of sustainable controls that integrate local requirements, legacy processes, and centralized/group controls. Including ICFR, financial reporti. This is a newly created role to support the rollout and integration of Zurich Cover-More’s Internal Control Integrated Framework across our newly acquired EMEA business. Assist in developing and executing initial testing to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex control concepts and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Our global delivery platform provides a consistent multi-lingual service experience and ability to write insurance policies in more than 50 countries.
• Proven experience in internal controls, risk management, audit or related roles within a group environment (financial services experience highly regarded).
