Practical details

• Candidates must have in house recruitment experience, ideally in areas covering technical, manufacturing and engineering permanent recruitment.
• Is inside IR35, so an Umbrella company must be used, and there will need to be presence Onsite in Northants, however hybrid working is possible.
• Initial contracts will be 12 months, with strong potential to extend further or convert to permanent if of interest in the long term.
• The “Talent Acquisition Partner / Internal Recruiter” will work to source candidates from a variety of channels for internal UK permanent roles on that client site, as the company.

What needs to be in place

• Candiates will be using Workday, and internal recruitment channels and tools, so experience in Workday ( or similar ATS ) is essential.
