- Sales Process Management: Own the full sales cycle—from quote to completion—working closely with stock and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery and aftersales support.
- Leading Generation: Proactively reach out to dormant accounts, follow up on quotes, and work closely with the external sales team to identify local project opportunities.
- CRM & Administration: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, keeping quotes and customer activity up to date and assisting with invoicing queries when needed.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our construction materials and industry standards, offering advice to customers on compliance and product suitability.
- A proven track record in internal sales or account management.

- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
