Internal Service Administrator focuses on produce quotes for customers as well as processing orders.
What the role involves
- Produce quotes for customers as well as processing orders.
- Ensure customer service and warranty requests are responded to within KPI’s.
- Ensure the end-to-end service and warranty processes meets the SLA’s.
- Following up quote request to find out of customer wish to proceed.
- Issuing reminders to customers when instruments are due a service.
- Maintaining relationships with key customers.
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- £12.89 per hour.
Candidate fit
- Organisation, accuracy, communication, and careful task follow-through.
Additional role context
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
- Repair and warranty activities from customer engagement through to completion, always ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLA’S and KPI’S.
