Role overview

The Firm is looking to recruit a Vice President to join the EMEA Fund Finance team responsible for a number of European funds covering various asset classes. Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager.

Main responsibilities

Driving collaboration across global finance and key partner functions (, Legal and Compliance, Tax, BX Technology) to establish best practices and scalable operating models. Delivering high-quality FP&A insights by analysing complex financial information and producing timely, decision-useful reporting for the Board and senior management. Coordinating audit and tax activities, maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and internal and external tax advisors to ensure best practice and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in Private Equity/Credit funds and/or asset management strongly preferred.
• Proven people manager who fosters a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
