International Freight Specialist focuses on maintaining inbound freight shipment database.

What the role involves

• Maintaining Inbound freight shipment database.
• Provide spot quotes for outbound international + inbound service requests.
• Establish Inbound reporting on cost evolution.
• Maintain and measure proper set of internal KPIs, SLAs, cost (tracking/control).
• With the Inbound manager, ,develop.
• Managing the outbound international returns to vendor for all LCs - in most of them we do not have skills or rates in place to ship international.

Skills and requirements

• Operations at least 3-5 years.
• Detailed knowledge and experience of planning within a large fast moving operation.
• Advance Excel skills.
• Work in an international environment for a fortune Top100 organization.
