The International Labor & Employment Counsel position centres on works closely with the Employee Relations and HR Business Partners functions to support issues that may arise. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you would be doing
Works closely with the Employee Relations and HR Business Partners functions to support issues that may arise. Participates in and influences the decision-making process with appropriate clients and stakeholders. Maintaining awareness of emerging laws, regulations, enforcement activity, and trends and developments in industry best practices related to labor and employment protection globally.

What you need
- 7+ years of employment law experience in-house or in private practice.
- Group life assurance - up to 10x annual salary.
- Critical health insurance - 2x Annual salary lump sum paid out, in accordance with illness.
