Shift patterns: Nights, Sunday to Thursday, 9pm - 6am
Location: Daventry DC3

We're now looking for a Inventory Clerk to join our operation and drive success.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Check and record stock in accordance with customer queries.
• Indentfying and reporting any stock discrapancies,taking appropriate action to correct and record conclusions.
• Investigate stock discrepancies via WMS and physical warehouse checks (PI).
• Process customer collections in a timely manney,sysmatically and physicall.
• Responding to adhoc customer requests accurately and promptly i.e. order cancellations, recall report requests, stock enquiries.
• Accountable for achieving site and departmental KPIs.
• Professional and polite communications with customer, ensuring that sensitive information is respected.
• To maintain an accurate stock file and limit stock adjustments.
• Work in collaboration with other departments to maximise efficiencies and best practice.
• Develop a culture of respect and high performance within your team
• Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals
• Complete all team performance reviews, accurately and within timeframe

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience of working within warehouse admin highly desirable.
• Inventory experience an advantage
• MHE Reach Truck and Operator Counterbalance is essential for this role
