How support shows up

Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, buyers, and internal stakeholders. Supporting the business discovery process in reviewing and learning the client business, with a particular focus on financial and management accounts ,and other business KPI’s and met. Supporting deal leads in executing live M&A transactions.

What needs to be in place

• 2 years of experience in financial or management accounting. (We will consider a more experienced candidate.).
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent UK or US accounting qualification (or a Finance degree with demonstrable evidence of accounting capability and experience).
• Previous experience in M&A, transaction services, or corporate finance.
