What the role depends on

• Excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of business appetite and key risk criteria, with the ability to add value to transactions across the real estate customer.
• Already have extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or real estate investment, with an ability to analyse and interpret market data, lending proposals and complex proper.
• It’s essential that you have an MRICS professional qualification or equivalent, a professional accreditation and appropriate work experience in a market facing real estate position.
