What the role involves

• Deliver marketing launch plans for pub investments and acquisitions across Greene King brands.
• Managing multiple investment projects at pace, using insight and ROI analysis to shape best practice launch templates.
• Work closely with digital, brand and local marketing teams to ensure all customer touchpoints are relevant, up to date and delivered on time.
• Build tailored marketing recommendations for each site using demographic insight, format understanding and investment appraisal data.
• Review post‑launch performance, using insight and analysis to drive improved ROI.

Skills and requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing, sales or pub operations role, ideally within hospitality or FMCG.
• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and non‑digital channels.
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross‑functionally and with external agencies.
• A passion for guest experience, backed by a commercially minded and insight‑led approach.
