Inzpire - ISR Operations and Training Expert focuses on executing training as either an instructor or as exercise support, to ensure the trainees receive the most value from their training experience.

Skills and requirements

• Executing training as either an instructor or as exercise support, to ensure the trainees receive the most value from their training experience.
• It is essential that candidates can seamlessly integrate into established teams who work and live together for periods of up to a maximum of 10 weeks at a time.
• Significant demonstrable operational ISR experience as a sensor operator on manned or unmanned platforms.
• Typically, five plus years’ experience, with additional experience advantageous.

Confirmed role details

• Will be varied but you can expect approximately 16-20 weeks of the year delivering overseas training for the customer as the contract progresses.
• Candidates must also be willing to work abroad and hold a valid UK passport with an expiry date a minimum of 12 months in the future prior to any contract being awarded.
• 30 days paid holiday plus 8 days bank holidays per year.
