What the role involves
- Coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.
- Provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Managing hardware inventory and procurement through internal systems.
- Resolve tickets in service queues.
- Maintaining IT and comms rooms.
- Supporting business changes, employee onboarding/offboarding, and WFH hardware needs.
Skills and requirements
- Prior work with financial services clients and understanding of high-pressure, regulated environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise hardware lifecycle processes.
