What the role involves

  • Coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.
  • Provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Managing hardware inventory and procurement through internal systems.
  • Resolve tickets in service queues.
  • Maintaining IT and comms rooms.
  • Supporting business changes, employee onboarding/offboarding, and WFH hardware needs.

Skills and requirements

  • Prior work with financial services clients and understanding of high-pressure, regulated environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise hardware lifecycle processes.
