IT Applications Engineer

This IT Applications Engineer role is focused on managing, administer and maintain the firms Microsoft 365 environment. It would suit someone who can bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence to challenge constructively and offer alternative approaches to the role.

Main responsibilities

Managing, administer and maintain the firms Microsoft 365 environment. Perform routine maintenance on the entire application estate to ensure it is running optimally at all times. Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience with Microsoft technologies – M365, Teams, SharePoint.
• Previous experience in laptop configuration, repackaging, management and performance tuning.
• Previous application knowledge on applications such as Case Management Systems and Time Recording.

Job details

• 28 days holiday (in addition to statutory UK holidays).
• Additional day allocated for CSR activities per annum.
