IT Change Co-ordinator
IT Change Co-ordinator focuses on ensure all necessary checks are carried out before implementation.
What the role involves
- Ensure all necessary checks are carried out before implementation.
- Assisting in solution evaluation and recommendation to business.
- Ensure all hardware and software changes are auditable.
- Provide 2nd line support of IT service provision and application high severity issues and major incidents to ensure issue resolution.
- Escalating high severity issues in accordance with process to ensure a timely resolution.
Skills and requirements
- Coordinating new user setup including Asset and License Management.
- Material creation, user support and guidance.
- Ability to work effectively with 3rd party service providers.
- Experience of Project Management within an IT environment.
Confirmed role details
- Attending meetings from time to time, either Onsite or at an alternative location.
Additional role context
- They will be responsible for performing risk and conflict assessments and prioritizing key activities with stakeholders across the business and 3rd parties.
- Management of third-party suppliers to implement change and to agreed service levels.
- Coordinating 3rd parties to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
