IT Change Co-ordinator

IT Change Co-ordinator focuses on ensure all necessary checks are carried out before implementation.

What the role involves

• Ensure all necessary checks are carried out before implementation.
• Assisting in solution evaluation and recommendation to business.
• Ensure all hardware and software changes are auditable.
• Provide 2nd line support of IT service provision and application high severity issues and major incidents to ensure issue resolution.
• Escalating high severity issues in accordance with process to ensure a timely resolution.

Skills and requirements

• Coordinating new user setup including Asset and License Management.
• Material creation, user support and guidance.
• Ability to work effectively with 3rd party service providers.
• Experience of Project Management within an IT environment.

Confirmed role details

• Attending meetings from time to time, either Onsite or at an alternative location.

Additional role context

• They will be responsible for performing risk and conflict assessments and prioritizing key activities with stakeholders across the business and 3rd parties.
• Management of third-party suppliers to implement change and to agreed service levels.
• Coordinating 3rd parties to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
