• Provide 2nd line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Act as an escalation point for 1st line support.

Skills and requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 and Office 365.

Confirmed role details

• As a IT Desktop Support Analyst, you will provide1st and 2nd line support, across the business on a remote and field based basis.
• This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 4:00pm with out of hours on-call.
• Sheffield Forgemasters is an iconic steel production and engineering company, with a history that can be traced back to the 1750s, starting life as a small blacksmith forge.
