IT Engineer

IT Engineer focuses on managing active directory , windows & ubuntu servers , sql server & mysql , and virtual environments (vmware, vsphere).

What the role involves

• Managing Active Directory , Windows & Ubuntu Servers , SQL Server & MySQL , and virtual environments (VMware, vSphere).
• Overseeing backups (Veeam), documentation (Confluence), and Synology DSM.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Maintain laptops/desktops, printer servers, switches, firewalls, and Raspberry Pi devices.
• Delivering local and remote user support.
• Supporting database management, system queries, and BI reporting.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Job Type: Permanent.
• Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:15.
• Approx. 21–23 non‑working Fridays per year.
