Providing 2nd/3rd line support and escalation for complex issues. Managing and supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure environments. Contributing to automation and process improvements.

What you need
- Strong experience across the Microsoft stack (O365, AD, Intune, Azure exposure).
- Exposure to security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
- Broad technical exposure across cloud, networking and cyber security.

- Act as an escalation point for technical issues while also playing a key role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure and security posture.
- Work model: On-site.
