IT Infrastructure Manager

IT Infrastructure Manager focuses on managing the mdr platform and act as first responder on security incidents.

What the role involves

• Managing the MDR platform and act as first responder on security incidents.
• Leading phishing and social engineering incident response, including guest data breach coordination.
• Driving the security awareness training programme across the business.
• Managing MFA, conditional access policies, and identity governance across M365.
• Managing cloud telephony, IPTV/casting platforms, access control and CCTV infrastructure operationally.
• Supporting the VP of IT in contract reviews, renewals, and supplier rationalisation decisions.

Skills and requirements

• Based in our London Bridge office 5 days a week, with occasional travel to European properties when required.
• Pre-opening or greenfield IT build experience.

Additional role context

• Run the weekly IT operational rhythm: incident review, workload prioritisation, team check-ins.
• Manage ISP and network provider relationships, holding them to SLA.
• Lead circuit provisioning and fault resolution for new openings and existing sites.
