IT Operations Analyst

IT Operations Analyst focuses on providing user and administrative support for it systems, applications and infrastructure.

What the role involves

• Providing user and administrative support for IT systems, applications and Infrastructure.
• Providing technical guidance to users and management for IT related issues and queries.
• Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware, software and systems.
• Assisting Manager/Supervisor in development of desktop support and local server systems strategy.
• Support of network operating systems and services.
• Configuration, installation & deployment of all PC’s and PC related peripherals.

Skills and requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
• 4+ year experience of providing second line end user desktop support.
• Willing to provide out of hours support and coverage for National holidays.

Additional role context

• This is a 3-month rolling contract to be performed Onsite at our client’s location in the South East England area.
