- ISL Technology is looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join its growing technical support team.
Skills and requirements
- Work across Microsoft environments, service tickets, routine maintenance and client projects, with the chance to develop your technical experience in a supportive MSP setting.
- Previous MSP experience would be beneficial, but strong customer-facing IT support experience will also be considered.
- You should ideally have 3 to 4 years’ experience in IT support, with the confidence to support clients professionally and solve technical issues across varied environments.
- Networking fundamentals, including routers and switches.
Confirmed role details
- £26,000 to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time | Permanent.
- This is a varied 1st/2nd line role supporting a diverse client base across Yorkshire, both remotely and Onsite where required.
