Deliver desk‑side and 2nd line support to staff and students. IntuneClassroom and AV technologyM365, Exchange, Teams support.

Act as the sole Onsite IT Support Engineer, providing day‑to‑day support across the school. Supporting classroom technology and AV, including interactive screens and display connectivity. Carry out basic IT housekeeping, including device and server patching.
